Kevin was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago. He was born into a family of contractors and has been on construction sites since he was 12 years old. As Kevin grew older he decided that he wanted to take a different route and enter the world of sales.
He received a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Consumer Behavior from Southern Illinois University while also selling and managing construction projects for his dad across the country. After college Kevin broke away from construction for a short period of time where he then put a focus into the financial industry. This adjustment made him realize that he has a true passion for remodeling.
Kevin went on to sell exterior remodeling for a larger company for 5 years where he advanced rapidly and worked his way into management. During his time there Kevin was blessed with a baby boy, his “Why?” in life changed overnight and his family became his number 1 priority. The transition to becoming a father required him to break away from the extensive hours that came along with his current career path.
Kevin went on to start with Erdmann in early 2023 largely attracted to our tight nit family first environment. The ability to assist a client with their wants/needs to turn their largest investment into their dream home is something that Kevin holds close to his heart. Seeing the job completed from front end to back end is one thing, but success is not when a job is completed. Success is when a customer’s expectations are exceeded, and the homeowner walks away with a smile on their face knowing that they made the right decision!
