At Erdmann Exterior Designs, we offer a 10 week paid training period, all of the leads you will need, and uncapped earning potential once you get going. You will also be provided a company phone, computer, as well as mileage reimbursement to help you through the process to go with our benefits package we have available.
An ideal candidate would have the following:
- Some sales experience
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Industry experience is a plus but not necessary
- A clean driving record and valid license with a working vehicle and insurance
Things you will not be expected to do:
- Climb on roofs
- Knock on strangers doors
- Run leads 7 days a week
Requirements:
- Post High School Education - Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Sales and Marketing, or related fields are preferred).
- Sales Experience - 3 – 5 years of high impact /outside sales experience.
- Sales Hunter – The position is built for someone who possesses a hunter mentality with a strategic approach and is eager to progressively pursue advancement within the organization through achieved performance.
- Consultative Approach – Must be able to uncover needs by asking the right questions and providing consultative solutions.
