Homeowners Challenge

The Winnetka homeowners loved the location and interior of their recently purchased home, however they were unhappy with the overall aesthetics of the exterior. The house was a very traditional looking split level, whereas the homeowners had more of a modern taste and vision for their home.

Through a combination of creativity, expertise and Chief Architect, we created a rendering to show the homeowner’s how we could achieve the look they were going for and truly bring their vision to life.

Why did you choose Erdmann? We met with two other contractors, but ultimately chose Erdmann because they seemed to share the vision we had for the home and their proposal was reasonable in terms of cost.

What parts of the project were you most impressed with? The high-quality workmanship. Every aspect of the house was done with the eye of a perfectionist, which was so appreciated.

Final Results

The homeowners were extremely pleased with the final result, especially the garage door and soffit. Even weeks after the project was complete they said they couldn’t stop admiring how the house looked.
