These Lake Bluff homeowners never liked the stucco on their house. They were wanting to have a new shingle look that aligns with the historical nature of Lake Bluff.

Erdmann’s Solution

Erdmann removed the existing siding, stucco, stone and shutters on the house and installed James Hardie Gray Slate straight edge shingles in order to achieve the shingle look that the homeowners were looking for. In addition plain square columns with Tuscan caps and bases in Artic White were installed as well as Azek premier railings and fir bead board to update the front porch.
